There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Trilogy accepts many Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care plans, as outlined below. We also are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, and accept some of their plans. If you have specific questions about if we accept your insurance, please call us at 773-382-4060.

Trilogy serves all clients regardless of inability to pay and will ensure appropriate linkage to available resources and services. Trilogy offers discounted mental health services to patients who are uninsured and have low income. The amount a person pays is based on the federal income levels. Each year the federal government sets a Federal Poverty Line (FPL) and new income levels that qualify people for discounted care.
