Trilogy serves all clients regardless of inability to pay and will ensure appropriate linkage to available resources and services. Trilogy offers discounted mental health services to patients who are uninsured and have low income. The amount a person pays is based on the federal income levels. Each year the federal government sets a Federal Poverty Line (FPL) and new income levels that qualify people for discounted care. The income levels are based on a person’s gross income (how much money you make each year before taxes are taken out). For questions about our Sliding Fee Scale, please call us at 773-382-4060.
