Locations

Trilogy serves clients across Chicago and beyond to remove barriers to recovery. Since a key part of our mission is to help clients remain independent in the community, much of our work with clients happens in the community. This means we meet clients where they are, and where they are most comfortable.

Trilogy has a presence in neighborhoods on the north, south, and west sides of the city, including offices in Rogers Park, Logan Square, South Shore, Lawndale, Albany Park, and West Ridge.
